These products replace mineral oil-based release agents of previous generations. In agriculture, machines often come into direct contact with sensitive ecosystems – e.g. when working on the edges of water bodies, in water protection areas or when spraying. Water-based, biodegradable lubricants minimize the risk of soil or groundwater contamination in the event of leaks. They are also much safer for humans and animals as they leave no toxic residues.
Our lubricants offer comparable or even better lubrication performance than conventional oils – even under high loads, dust, heat and continuous operation. They reliably protect bearings, gearboxes and hydraulic systems against wear and deposits. At the same time, they help to extend maintenance intervals and reduce operating costs – a major advantage during seasonal peaks.
Rapidly biodegradable chainsaw oils are mandatory, especially in protected areas and spring areas. We work with you to analyze your requirements, check material compatibility and select the right product. In the next step, we accompany the initial changeover – including machine cleaning and initial filling. Training for users and close monitoring in the first few weeks ensure that everything runs smoothly. We are also available afterwards for subsequent deliveries, analyses and advice.
Yes, our water-based fluids are generally very compatible with existing systems. Careful cleaning and testing of sealing materials is important. We have already successfully carried out numerous conversions, even in older machinery – such as tractors, cable winches or forwarding tractors. Talk to us – we will test your machines individually.
Our products are generally stable for 12 to 24 months, provided they are stored correctly. Ideally in closed original containers, cool, dry and protected from direct sunlight. For customers with seasonal requirements, we also offer take-back and storage concepts – including recycling and reprocessing of leftover stock.
