How long does the changeover to Smart Fluids take?

The duration of the conversion depends on the size and complexity of your system. In many cases, the conversion can be completed in just a few days – including cleaning, filling and initial monitoring. We plan in such a way that downtime is minimized or avoided. If required, the conversion can also be carried out in stages, parallel to ongoing operation.

This is precisely why we carry out a detailed compatibility analysis in advance. We check materials, seals, coatings and operating parameters for possible incompatibilities. If it turns out that a component is not suitable, we offer suitable alternatives or adaptation suggestions – always transparently and risk-free.
